As I've come to being gluten-free, I'll look into making them a bit differently but seriously, Haluska as always been my most favorite. Your descriptions of the German people in line, baskets and no baskets, mask wearing and one slipping too low for the comfort of others, or for anyone breaking the rules,..my oh my...how rigid people are. Makes my just sigh for those who need to chill and to go with the flow. No wonder they are full of judgements and finger pointing. Gee Whiz, lady, give it up already.
